TAAPS Annual Participation Standard requires TAAPS member schools, grouped regionally, to take turns planning and hosting the annual meeting with the Executive Director and board of directors. Every member school is expected to send at least one representative to that meeting, and to put forward one representative for training who can, when called on, serve on a visiting team.
